My name is Bar Laniado. I buy, sell, and owner-finance vacant land nationwide so more people can own a piece of the outdoors without a bank maze or a credit score standing in the way.
The heart of this brand is my dog, Johnny. He's my best trail partner — the one who pulled me into camping, open desert mornings, and the kind of adventure that sticks with you. Johnny Lands is named for him. Every parcel we list is for people who want that same feeling: space, freedom, and a place to explore.

- Who guides me after I reserve?
- A Land Success Manager follows up after your deposit, walks you through the contract, and stays available for questions.
- Is everything as-is?
- Yes — vacant land is sold as-is. We share what we know on each listing, and you should still do independent due diligence on access, utilities, and intended use.
